The group's principal activities are to provide information technology (IT) system integration consulting and other it services including reselling of certain hardware and software pdts. The group operates through three segments: custom solutions provides it project solutions and it staffing in custom developed software environments. Package solutions provides enterprise software implementation services including enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management software from software vendors. European operations provides business and technical consulting services including application development, package implementation and systems integration. The clients consist primarily of Fortune 500 and middle market companies. In 2003, the group acquired ecsoft group plc, alphanet solutions inc. In 2004, it also acquired assets & liabilities of fulltilt solutions inc, scb computer technology inc, ascent technology and novasoft ag.
